Nice that you guys sorted it out. It's their mistake, so should be their issue to fix - and their financial loss, not the customers. Glad they did so.

Well said! RX can save audio that would otherwise need to be re recorded. It's a great tool.
BTW: ABOUT THE INSTALL: Folks, go and download the IZOTOPE PRODUCT PORTAL.
