Hi!

My name is Alexander Häggström. I play in a metal band in sweden and right about now we're about to play on some music-festivals later this summer. And we play some own songs, but we need more songs to fill out the stage time.
So im askin' you!

Which is the best song in ever played in the tuning Drop-D?

Slipknots have some awesome in drop B but its sounds good in drop d (i usually play all my songs in drop d instead of drop B.)

Slipknot - Duality
Slipknot - Left behind
Slipknot - Vermillion
Slipknot - The nameless
Slipknot - Before I forget
Disturbed - Stricken (This will get the audience screaming!)
Slipknot - Wait and bleed

If you wanna break the ice and play a really slow, awesome song (more in the style of pop and rock - simillar to "nothing else matters" by metallica then you should try out:

Slipknot - vermillion part 2

Killing in the name - Rage against the machine

The main riff is so uber cool!
That's the one song that makes me want to keep one guitar in drop D all time tongue.gif

EDIT: now I see Ivan agrees laugh.gif
