Hi GMC!
Today I recorded an improvisation. I just started practicing improvisation. Thanks to Smells' lesson (Thanks Smells! Nice tips you give there)
I used the backing Smells provided with that lesson. It's the backing from the Gilmour collab.
I hope I can get some feedback from you guys
I know about the mistakes I struggled a little going to the higher frets...

Sounds like you are on your way man. I got alot out of smells lesson also. I think we are on about the same road to becoming good players. Keep practicing! heres a piece of me moving around in the 4th shape of a minor pentatonic. I layed down 2 tracks in reaper. One with chords and one with shape. Sorry, no drums
Cool stuff, skennington!
I'm really looking forward to learn some other scales
Hey mate, I`m sorry I missed this thread before.
Thats the idea mate, theres some extra things you can look at there, start working on some bends and some vibrato to add some feel this will all come with the more practice you do of course but something you can begin to work on
I`m working on some ideas at the moment to help a stage further, mainly looking at "phrasing" to give your improvs some feel etc and to introduce some licks too.
I shall try to get it finished as soon as poss
Nice
Thanks, Smells!
I'll try to work on those two things
