Ok, this is an old one but I consider it a modern classic. Some of you may already have it but if not, it's worth getting

My friend Irene's album is well worth a listen. Intersting! I'll check if I find it at Spotify. Ok, this is an old one but I consider it a modern classic. Trailerhead: Immediate. You can hear the full album here, one track has a lovely guitar solo in it, can't remember which though and not got time to go through it. I was playing this tonight in the car, can't help but turn it up

Hi Gab, I have something that I think you will gonna like very much You know how much we love David Lynch and Angelo Badalamenti style of composition. I found a band which write music in their style
This is the second version for Harvest Companion song. I like both versions http://www.delsilencio.net/music/ This post has been edited by Monica Gheorghevici: Jan 26 2016, 07:59 PM |

Nice one Mr Jones I've never heard of them
Another from my youth, there was a TV play that this is the soundtrack to, I can't find it anywhere, go the album though https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LiLIzuA_Pj0 And another one, I used to love these, saw them loads of times at a little club called "The Cedar club" in Birmingham. Info HERE It was opened in the 60's by Eddie Frewtrell who's brothers fought off the Krays when they tried to make Birmingham there's. Hendrix poped in one night and clammbered on stage for a jam, the Faces, Rod Stewart, Status Quo all used to pop in when in town playing the nearby Odean. Gab I'd love to hear your comments about the musicality of this, playing in front of or behind the beat, in tune, in key, etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pfiLjL6-HI -------------------- SEE MY GMC CERTIFICATE “Success is not obtained overnight. This one's always something I'll recommend, Jeremy Irons and the Ratgang Malibus' album "Spirit Knife." It's ridiculously good front to back. Kind of in the vein of retro-psychedelic-krautrock.
