thought that was ok myself mate, this sort of funky tempo is hard to to nail in my opinion! I think you missed the official sign up for video response but David may just write a few words for you as he is such a cool guy

ok heres my effort, doing it at lunchtime from work coz i might of forgot a little bit anyhow some bum timing but did it in one take and actually quite liked it.

Here it is finally ! As usual, I play way too fast for my abilities. But I love those triplets runs... So I'm quite happy with the solo musicality, but not so satisfied with the timing and playing. But time line is here and I have to send my part. Thank you so much David for this backing track. I did have fun writing this. Hope you'll like it.

Some muting problems
Tried to incorporate some sweeping and fast legato (correct word, tried )
Need to change my strings urgently
My computer lost it's data recently and I forgot to reinstall cubase so, used reaper
My presets were lost too and so, I used some line 6 tone and changed it a bit
