Hello folks,
I was trying get the feel of triplets and I found it was easier to grasp in short bursts. So I started doing this excersize with a G Lydian that helped. Once I had that down I was able to go up and down the scale and keep the beat. I keep upping the tempo trying to build speed. On a whim I started skipping strings and keeping the same patter going. Also I'm trying to go up one pattern and down another.
I set up a simple drum beat in Guitar Pro with the Hi-Hat as 8th note triplets.
