Tofu !

Does anybody have some good recipes (simple, I'm a guitarist remember !) ? I know you can eat it straight from the packet, or cook it up. Was thinking of frying it... I think you have to put it into a spicy hot sauce for at least 24 hours, then cook it in some way. What a good thing that we have our own GMC chef now! (oil, sweetchili, lime, fresh coriander, s&p and soy) Then roll it in breadcrumbs and almond pieces and deep fry it. Eat it with rise and warm coleslaw (Sweetchili, chili, curry, saffron, coconutmilk, s&s - heat all these in a pot) I really don't like tofu but as an cook I have to sometimes do meals from it.
