I get pain in my right shoulderblade when I practice for more than 45 minutes. If you reach back with your left hand and touch the inside of your right shoulderblade, that's where it hurts. Does anyone know any exercises or tips (other than taking frequent breaks...realizing maybe that IS the answer) to help with this? Has anyone else had this problem? I'm playing an SG while sitting in a chair.
Sorry if this is the wrong forum. Wasn't sure if this was "off-topic"

For an exercise, stand straight up facing away from a wall. Then, put your arm back and touch the wall, and sort of pull away using your shoulder muscles, while keeping your hand on the wall the whole time. Do that for about 30 secs to a minute on each shoulder and you should be good to go.
