Is there a program that will take an audio file WAV, AIFF, MP3 of a song and create a midi drum track?

Does that make sense? If I wanted to record cover music but not build the drum midis - just somehow copy them to midi from the actual song then use EZ Drummer.

Anyone know how the fuck to get YouTube to suck videos in a little faster?

Good gawd I've got about 50 15 to 20 minute videos to upload and each one is taking anywhere from 6 to 8 hours.

Is there a trick? Some sort of deep dark wizardry to get around this? I wonder if uploading to DropBox (which is lightning fast) then maybe dragging from DropBox to YouTube would be faster (so that the bandwidth speed would be DropBox servers to YouTube and bypassing my upload limitations all together.

Or will I just have to turn old and gray while these upload?

I am using a Marshall JVM 410. I stay on Channel 3 which is like a souped up JCM 800. Channel 4 is too hot.

I am wanting to get an A/B splitter switch that will run to 2 amps simultaneously. I want a nice combo amp for clean so that when dirty chords are played the highs of the individual notes can ring through via the combo.

Obviously I would want a Vox or Fender.

I have never been in the market for a combo except for a Line6 Spider I purchased about 20 years ago.

Any suggestions for a good one that costs no more than say $500?

Maybe one of these - I've always like Orange amps?

I've wanted a Fender Tele for a long time, but didn't like the headstock and If I got one I wanted it to be a newer looking model with a Strat headstock. But I love the way a Tele feels.

Well - this showed up in my Facebook feed yesterday and I purchased it within 15 minutes of seeing it - those FaceBook marketing intelligence officers own my ass, I can't tell you how many shoes I've bought because of FaceBook ads.

Anyway - my first Fender!!!

Fender Jim Root Jazzmaster - Flat Black with Ebony Fingerboard
Solidbody Electric Guitar with Mahogany Body, Maple Neck, Ebony Fingerboard, and 2 EMG Active Humbucking Pickups - Flat Black

Not what you would call standard but exactly the type of "vintage" I like.
