> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey buddy,

As Darius, very well pointed out - the tuning of your guitar causes the nastiest issue in the case of this take. Please take care of this, as it seems that some bends - the ones that Gabe spotted last time, tend to persist and it may be the fault of the tuning all in all. I like your tone and touch, but please take care of the tuning, ok?

Cosmin

Hi man! Cosmin already described the main issue of this take. I can note that your playing is better on this one compared to the previous one but the tuning makes everything sound weird. Check it out and record a new take!

You got the feel, You got the groove. You choose the lessons that fit Your feeling very well. Now You ned to take some more attention about the details that are common for all the playing and that will make You sound more professional on every take. Your tone is very nice and now You only need to work on the tuning. Fretted notes are usually a few cents giher than the open strings. G string is the worst ever for finding the good compromise. If You don't want to modify Your guitar than try to play a few od key notes on ech string and find the moment when all are close to the "green light" of Your tuner. Also...be aware of using different pressure / strength while tuning - best results are when You try to play similar to how You gonna play the take.
