Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

I'm still working on the bends (my fingertips bleed) but I don't reach correct pitch with consistance. It's still not a perfect take but I think that globally it's better. :)

Hi mate! Good job!! I can notice the improvement from take to take. On this one, your timing is much better and your bends are getting closer. So you are going on the right direction! Keep on working like this and you will finally get a 10! smile.gif

Hey mate!

The improvement is obvious and if you will focus on the following spots, you can rock this piece!

0:42 - the bend is out of pitch
0:49 - when you return the string in its place, the pitch is not that good
0:57 - there's a little mistake

Cosmin

You're one of the guys here that are very pleasant to watch how they progress with each take smile.gif Serious improvement since the first take. Very smooth vibrato - doesn't hurt the ears anymore smile.gif You did some little flaws but it sounds like You know where and why. Cosmin pointed the spots. Last few notes got out of timming. Focus on the 0:42-043 cause I know it's tough to go clean with the bend while it's short. Getting better and better smile.gif
