> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey man smile.gif

There seems to be a problem with your guitar - maybe it is a bit out of tune? I can also notice that you vibrate using your fingers instead of your wrist - you should focus on learning how to use the wrist, mate - it'll provide far more power and expression. Other details:

- the notes at 0:26, 0:36, 0:42 sound a bit out of pitch
- there is an unwanted noise around 0:55

You should check the guitar, because all these pitch related issues might come from there.

Keep rocking!

Cosmin

I like that You're not aware of playingconfident and hard when it's needed but Cosmin pointed some very important aspect - You vibarto should come more from the wrist that the fingers. Fingers just focus on holding the string. You can use more than one for this purpose. Also seems like the higher positions went out of tune. Make sure Your measure is adjusted correctly. Usually it's more efficient for all the fingerboard when You check the tune somewhere around the middle (7th to 12th frets) than just tuning the open strings. Anyway huge part of the lesson is done and that;s great smile.gif Cheers!
