I have been looking to buy a new guitar for awhile now and recently I played a PRS SE and really liked it. I was just looking for information on it and other people's opinions.

Building Speed

I'm looking for an effective way to build alternate picking speed(especially left hand speed). I want to build overall speed and not for any particuler piece. I've been working with a few of the lessons and they seem to help. I know this will take a lot of time and patience. I'm just looking for a What is the most effective way to go about doing this.

Metrenome

I thought it might be beneficial to just about every if there was and electrical metrenome on the site. I tend to find myself without a metrenome when practicing on the computer. Just thought it would help a lot of guitarists.
