Hi guys!
Last week i got my home made Telecaster finished and now i would like to know what you think about it! I`v bought the parts and electronics at www.gitarrdelar.se , its a Swedish guitar-parts shop but is also available in english if you guys want to take a look.
The parts is from different brands and not everything fits 100% with each other so sometimes you may have to modify some. Im very happy with the result and I was very suprised when i couldn`t find a gold and black Telecaster on the Internet so i desided to make my own!
The guitar itself is in very good quality and it doesnt feel like a homebuilt guitar when you play on it. The part that im most satisfied with is definitely the PICKUPS! Oh my god i tell you, the pickups deliver an incredible Telecaster-sound and they even sounds better then most single coil pickups iv ever heard I shit you not! And for what price!? For incredible $88! A guy that wrote an review on the pickups wrote that they sounded better then the pickups on he`s REAL American Telecaster
The final pricetag on this beauty was about $660 and it was clearly worth it!
Unfortunately i dont have any recording equipment so i cant record this baby
Let me know what you guys think of her!

That looks very good indeed! I like the black finish with gold details, very nice!
Nice job, dude! Let me ask you - how long did it take you (in terms of hours) would you say?

Very Nice indeed! How does it play and sound?
Looks awesome. Any chance of recording something with it so we can hear how it sounds also
Wow I want One TOOOO Beautiful BLues Beast
Awesome! I love telecasters Though, my dream tele is with a neck humbucker and tele bridge single coil, though maybe a joe barden pickup in the bridge would be good (pickup danny gatton used). You can find them in the tele 72 customs, but they're made in mexico and have a different pickup selector/volume and tone knob setup and different pickguard.
I have a picture I drew of a tele I'm going to build someday.. I'll upload it sometime
nice job man..she is beautiful...
Lol your guitar is ugly! Mine is much prettier!

Oh wow, that's beautiful

Beautiful guitar man, congratulations!
nice. i don't usually like teles but this one's an exception!
black and gold, very classy. i was thinking of putting that on my build, but opted for black and chrome.
wow very nice golden telecaster. congrats man
Awesome bro, a very classy instrument you have there
nice work man!
home made guitar rocks!
chances are good that ill try to make a guitar too (with my father).
That telecaster looks sweet, great job!
Here's an outline for how I'm going to build my tele one day:
Check out the barden pickups, they're pretty cool. But then, your tele is more traditional and it's a different thing, I'm sure yours sounds pretty awesome.
Snyggt som fasiken
Nice looking Guitar
Looks great man , maybe you can do a detailed review on it
wow......just wow!
Thats a nice-looking guitar! A job well done
Looks great, nice job. I think the sound is great too!
One suggestions - try to put some logo or a mark on the headstock in order to know that you've done it
Thanks for all nice feedback, I really appreciate it!
