After hurting my neck several weeks ago today (actually yesterday) I was able to pick up the guitar and play it again. It's amazing how fast the callouses on my fingers went away and how fast I got out of practice. I played for about an hour yesterday and it felt great! I'm not going to rush into it as I'm still feeling the effects of the pinched nerve but I'm dying to get back to where I was 6 or so weeks ago.

Great news man! Hope you recover soon!

Just saying, try some muscle gel, helped me a lot with my injury, and with Robin's as well. smile.gif

Thanks for all of the support, I appreciate it! The last thing I want to do is rush back and re-injure myself and have to wait another few weeks before I can play again.

Great to hear!! I have been injured myself for over a month now. I have only practiced 30min every second day with my band the last couple of weeks, because we're recording a new full length demo this Saturday.

As the uncreator said, use muscle gel! Everyone that feel any pain should use it. Its very effective. You get it at pharmacies.

I was about to post, but I'm so sick of the word "injury" laugh.gif

I was at the physical therapist couple of days ago. Apparently there wasnt anything wrong with me, except that he felt one spot on my arm that was warm. Ice bags takes care of that.
The moment I stepped into the therapists office I didnt feel no pain, not even when he was twisting my arm all over the place. Nothing! He said it would be no problem to record with my band(on Saturday).

So, after this recording +2 gigs I will take some rest and then hopefully I'll be back on track before new year!
