I may not be hairy(except for my Long hair and Beard), but I am definitely pale. I look like a ghost when I walk into the Southern California sun. Think of it this way, if you get tattoos with colour, the colours will seem far more vibrant. That depends on ink quality as well, but definitely be sure to choose a good ink. They don't like to tattoo over the scar, but they can work around it. I thought about using the scar as a body and and doing a dragon with it's spine showing to represent my cracked vertibrae.
