We need a way to be able to edit the titles and descriptions whenever in the Full edit mode. I don't have a way to do this and would like to at times.

The Title
AND
the optional description part.

This implementation would be helpful and appreciated. smile.gif thanks if it can be done.

Yeah this could be useful. I'm often very careful when writing down the title and desc for new topics...Though I rarely see this option on other forums...

yeah i messed up on a description for one of my topics: Love for Music. It's not 'reasons'. 'Reasons' is what it would've been, but i changed what the poll was going to be. so now i can't change it. oh well.

AFAIK only admin and mods can edit titles.

I think its on purpose, and a good thing.
You normally dont need to edit it, and if everyone could edit titles things can get very confusing.
Can always contact an admin for help on changing it.

Not sure whats wrong with your posts title but..
You cant put capitol letters in the topic, it auto-caps.. i noticed this when putting :D in topictitles... it makes them go :d lol

I don't see a reason to open up for editing of titles since it could easily get confusing. If there's one that's terribly wrong, PM a mod ask for help to edit it.

I agree, giving too much control of this sort can only bring confusion. After all, these mistakes are rare smile.gif
