Editing Titles, we need a way

I don't have a way to do this and would like to at times. The Title AND the optional description part. This implementation would be helpful and appreciated. thanks if it can be done. You normally dont need to edit it, and if everyone could edit titles things can get very confusing. Can always contact an admin for help on changing it. Not sure whats wrong with your posts title but..
