Sure smile.gif

Tied note is just the way to extend time duration of specific note.
Lets say you play last 8th note of the bar and you want it to sounds for another 4th in second bar.
Than you just add same note as 4th in second bar and tied it to 8th in previous bar that you actually played.
This way you have note that lasts one 4th plus one 8th note.
Hope this solved mystery smile.gif

Prebend is the way when you play/hit note on the string AFTER you bended it to some point.
Regular bend means that you play the note and then bend the string.
Any more issues regarding to tab signs? smile.gif

thanks for the explanation about the tied note Muris, i think i get it.
actually, now that i think about it, i already have played tied notes without realising it laugh.gif
and is bend release that you bend it and then let go of the string while the string is still up?
Im very happy that i found this site, i am playing for three years now but dont have any idea about theory smile.gif
So i may ask more here in the future if i run into something unknown again wink.gif
Thanks a lot guys!! smile.gif

Oh I think I get it... so for example you would bend a note up a semi tone then hit it then continue bending it up a tone?

Cheers Muris smile.gif

Sort of ,yeah smile.gif

What you described is prebend and then bend again, which is ok too.
Most common situation is prebend and then release. smile.gif

oh right so I would just bend the note to wherever I wanted it and then strike it then just release it or whatever else is required from the piece
