Hi

I have this Jam CD with Gary Moore, and I just recorded Still got the Blues over it. I think it´s ok, but it has a few mistakes and off notes. But it´s a hard work recording it if you want to get all the parts perfect. Tell me what you think?? smile.gif

[attachment=4156:SGTB_01.mp3]

Here is backing track if someone want´s to jam with it.

Thanks for posting the backing as well! One of my favourite songs to jam to, anyone who voice chatted with me here can be a witness to that biggrin.gif

I think you did a great job, but you need to work on you'r vibrato, it will really give you that High Gain blues edge!

The famous riff at the beginning is the reason why I wanted to learn to play the guitar. Still can't play the fast runs in that song though unsure.gif But this song motivates me to keep on learning

That it did - but it also had a little "Blue Note" in it by a guy called Muris or something? (Love that track!)

The thing is I recently joined a band and this song is on the program so I want to do this well. smile.gif

Hi

I just did another take, still needs a bit of work, but I used Ibanez RG 2570 for this one and played a little bit with the whammy bar.

But I was wondering about the mixdown.......when I mix it down to mp3 I think it does not sound as good as it does listening to it in Cubase before the mixdown. The guitar seems to be a little bit out of key with the backing after mixdown but it sounds perfect before. Can it be some adjustment issue??
