Still Got The Blues.

I think it´s ok, but it has a few mistakes and off notes. But it´s a hard work recording it if you want to get all the parts perfect. Tell me what you think?? I know it needs a bit more work, but I only learrned it and started practicing it 2 days before I made the recording. But I was wondering about the mixdown.......when I mix it down to mp3 I think it does not sound as good as it does listening to it in Cubase before the mixdown. The guitar seems to be a little bit out of key with the backing after mixdown but it sounds perfect before. Can it be some adjustment issue??
