At you'r rock solo for beginners, in the tabs on video nr.1 it says 10pbr on the second stringm what does that mean?

PBR Means pre-bend-release

I will try to explain:

This is a normal bend:
-
E||--10b(12)-------------

If u do it kinda backwards, its a prebend.

E||--(12)r10----------

(The "r" means release)

It will sound like this:

E||----12s10-----

when you chech the video you must find the answer if you look closely u must see the first bend is provide from basic string position and then coming 10pbr and if you look again closely u must see this Trond pick the string when the string is still up and then release the bend
