Not bad I like the guitars.
But the sound clips alot at times though. Especially the solo guitar. A little more panning would help aswell to get a better spectrum. Trond how exactly do I pan? I know HOW to do in reaper - but like what channels do I pan? Do I pan the rhythm guitar to the left and the solo guitar to the right just a bit? Or all the way? Any panning/recording advice would be useful. yeah the guitars do clip - I'm using guitar rig and it's kinda a pain to get all the volume levels equal for some reason. I just don't really know what I'm doing yet hahha The way i do it is that i record the rhythm tracks atleast twice, and set each track 50% to left and right. The solo tracks can be more varied though. I usually set the sologuitar 20% to left or right. I dont like them to be right in the middle. As far as the volume problems, are you using more than 1 instance of guitar-rig? Like a seperate one for rhythm and one for leads or just 1 instance used globally? -------------------- Guitars: Schecter Stiletto Classic, Jackson SLSMG, Ibanez RG-380 Japan, Gibson Les Paul Studio
