New, Where do I start?

Hello fellow guitarist,
Well I signed up today, and I'm just looking for some advice on where to start this awesome journey of learning guitar. I've been playing for a couple of years, and I'm wanting to start working on some leads. So if anyone has any advice for me I would appreciate it greatly.
