GMC Forum _ GEAR & PRODUCTION _ Iced Earth Sound

I have visited the Iced Earth Website and saw that Jon Schaffer has a new signature pickup but is way out of budget right now. Does anybody else know any pickups that you can get somewhere like guitar center that is cheaper?
Please Help!

Maybe and active EMG one can do the trick. Try the ones for neck for that raw sound.
