I am happy to announce that yet another feature which we have been working on for a while is now live on the site.

As you will see here in the forum, lessons and knowledge base - some words have a dotted underline (example: "The pentatonic scale is a great phrasing tool")

Andrew is responsible for the explanations and you can expect him to add more of them (with your help - stay tuned for more info).

Also, as you might have seen Fran has already started working on more in depth explanations in the knowledge base (see this topic).

As always we are grateful for any feedback you might have! I hope this new feature will make it a little easier to learn from the site.

Yet another cool feature! I really like it, I'm sure it'll be quite useful, not only for beginners.

Works great Kris, this should be really helpful to learn some theory and new terms along the way cool.gif

As Kris already stated, we have gathered all these entries in the knowledge Base too, and you guys can reach them through the link that appears within the keyword explanation. We are aiming to create bigger, richer explanations about these terms in there, with examples, pictures and further information.

This is a wiki, so you are all all invited to take part and add all the info you know about any of them. Together we are building the best guitar wiki on the net! cool.gif - More Info Here!

Wow this is a really cool feature! smile.gif I really like explanations on the fly.
Does it work automatically by just writing the keyword in the post like (phrasing, hammer-on) etc? wink.gif

Yes exactly! It only does it once per page though (this will allow us to add a lot of explanations without making a big mess)

That is a very cool feature indeed! biggrin.gif

So we can tag words, like if someone writes "I did not practice", you can click on that, and it says "No excuse for that on GMC" biggrin.gif
