Here is a tune I'm working on that features a clean solo section in two parts. In addition, two of the three harmony rythm guitar parts are clean. This thread gave me the though of stacking clean rythms against each other and using clean/undistorted leads. Give it a listen and let me know what you think I'm also posting it without solos in case you guys want to try it.

I like clean solos for the punchy, headroomy effect. But there are numerous more things you can do with a distorted sound, especially for sucky people like me.
