Tapping Questions

Hello, how do i tap on the for example the thick D, A and E string? Tapping on high E string goes well, but its much harder on the other strings, especially the thick ones, any special things i have to think about? how do i tap these strings? i jus cant!

Becourse the strings are thicker it takes a while for your tapping hand to get used to it , just keep doing it on the thicker strings and soon enough it will get much easier.

you need to practice to help build up callouses so that it won't hurt as much--

I hate to say it but the guys are right. It's really just a matter of practice. The more you do it the better you'll get and the less it will hurt. You have to build up your hand strength and you need to develop your calluses. Just keep at it, but don't over do it or you will just slow your progress. If it just hurts, stop and rest.

Make sure you press your hand firmly against the neck you you mute the other strings correctly. I think this is done with your first finger mostly.
