Peavey 6505 Head, Diffrence between standard and plus?

Dec 6 2007, 05:11 PM	Learning Tone Master Posts: 3.185 Joined: 22-June 07 From: Germany	I saved some money and am willing to spend it on a guitar or an a tube halfstack (don't know yet) On my search for a good tube amp I came across the Peavey 6505 (former 5150) and I saw that there are 2 versions of it: the standard and the plus version. As far as I know the specs are exactly the same but the plus ismore expensive, about 200euros. What is the diffrence on those two? Is it something neccesary? Is it worth to spend more and get the plus version?
