I would really apperciate it. Sure man. I'll give it a shot! You can get a different browser like Avant, Firefox, Opera etc... by googling them. I like Avant or Opera personally. If you don't have the Java Virtual Machine installed you can get it from Java.com. It's easy to do. When I try to get into GMC with IE7 it crashes and I get a Data Execution Error. I even add IE7 to the DEP list and it still crashes - frustrating! So that's why I use a different browser. You may not have that issue, I don't know. Finally, you can shut the User Account Control off by going to your Control Panel, Security, Security Center and under Other Security Settings you can turn off "User Account Control". This will stop all of the annoying messages every time you click a button saying "Are you sure you want to do that??!!" Hope this helps! If not, let me know and we can look into it again.
