Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to make a poll to put on Gmc or any other website (at least GMC)

I guess you cant on this forum. Otherwise there would be a button NewPoll next to NewTopic

You can - when you create a new topic there is a link that says "click to manage this topic's poll" or similar. It lets you add the options etc.
