Alrighty, after selling both my carvin strat (I regret that a bit) and my Jazzmaster, I`ve been looking for a good strat / a guitar with tremolo/whammy in addition to my Ibanez S Classic. Just 1 minute ago, I arranged the last details in my order, and the guitar will be shipped tomorrow.
Meanwhile, since it will take some time with shipping and customs, I`m unofficialy arranging a guessing competition about it.

the first hints are:
Strat-shape
SSS - setup
Whammybar
Retails at 2400 $ according to the seller, though I somehow was allowed to purchase it NEW for 820$ including shipping to Norway biggrin.gif

Any attemps smile.gif ?

Still not correct biggrin.gif

Actually, It`s a bit of chance I`m taking here. I never even knew that the company made guitars (and such high end guitars!), but the company is well known for another product many of you gmc`ers use. I read some great reviews, actually only great reviews, and got a nice price, so I gaev it a shot biggrin.gif

You said SSS, though...I tried to link a picture of the Redmond 1, but couldn't. You get the idea of my guess, though.

congratulations to NoSkills! cool.gif

you`re absolutely right, I`m awaiting a Floyd Royse Redmond 1!
I can share some pics I just recieved from the seller smile.gif
The guitar is a bit unusual looking with the lack of tuners and the speedloader system, but I find it kind of appealing in a way rolleyes.gif
And, I have yet to see someone play a similar guitar in Norway, so I`m looking forward to showing of biggrin.gif

Edit: pics have to wait, crappy school network wont let me upload dry.gif
