Well, It's my first day here, and I saw all the other new people doin' it... so...


Hello there! I'm Scott. I've been playing guitar for around... 3 years.

I'm still not that great.

I can struggle through Eric Johnson's Cliffs of Dover. (I suck at the speedy phrases.)
I like rock, you know, from the 60's, all the way to the early 90's.

So, I was wondering: I've been searching on this site for a while, and It's got loads of lessons that I'm sure I want... but... I don't really know where to start.

Ideas?

Welcome Scott! Since your not a beginner, I would recomend you just use the "start here block" on the lesson home page. Select your style and find some lessons that focus on techniques you want to learn. Also in the search bar, type 101 for the One on One lessons. I think you'll find your way nicely. smile.gif

Hello Scott and welcome to GMC!

Well I recommend using the lesson planer for some suggestion..All 101 lessons are great too..Best way would be to make a priority of what you want to learn/enhance and than search lessons containing that technique (vibrato,sweeps,tapping etc)...
