Guys, can someone tell me how to raise string level, my strings buzz often=/ In picture above i thought it may be nr.1 or nr.2 because i simply don`t know their function. Or i need to stretch\weaken springs in other side of the guitar?
It is 2, that will lower or raise the bridge, 1 will move the strings saddle back or forward to adjust intonation
Thanks a lot! That was fast reply
You can rise the strings by the screw No2 or by a trus-rod adjustment.. if you rise the bridge (floyd rose) you will have to level it again by tightening the screws of the floyd rose in the back of the guitar
Screw No.1 is for guitar intonation, doesn't affect the action
All done that was simple.. Thanks for reply too, Dejan.
Just curious, what brand of strings do you have on that Jackson?
I would also suggest to check whether your neck is actually not too straight which can also cause buzz of course.
Yes Velvet Roger has a point, the buzzing should stop after you raise the bass part of the bridge, but if you find it too high, then more positive relief is needed, so unscrew the truss rod a bit (just a touch), and see where it leads you.
