Alt Picking Lessons On Here, Best one to help correct my technique ?

I have this Up-Down-Up-Down-Down-Up-Down Issue with my alt. picking, whats the best lesson on here I could use to correct it? Afterall I gues im struggling with alt. picking right now because of bad technique. All suggestions welcome biggrin.gif

And I dont want it to be to hard but not to easy at the same time smile.gif

I' m working on a series called "Right Hand Basic", it's cares about alternate picking, basic exercises but I think really helpful...this series will be soon on the site, if you like, stay tuned!

No matter how simple this sounds it is very true. You must literaly practice every alternate combination possible, and precisely. That inclued transitions on other strings.
