Sure, can´t wait to start .. QuicK question then i will be mentored for how many time ?? a month ??' - can you give me some tips on how to improve my improvising ?( lessons or so cause i´m a litlle lost the info on GMC is overwellming... it´s ok if you can´t ) ps. by that time i will certainly be able to record may self with decent quality... MTP program runs for 3 months. In each month you have to do one weekly assignment and post audio and/or video of your work. At the end of the month with 4 weekly assignments you also have to post a lesson for REC program. We will chose a lesson and I will assign it to you when we get going. If you don't complete assignment (weekly) or REC for that mater some month, you are out next month and somebody else gets the chance instead of you. I am very glad to hear that you are excited about it. I am too but lets wait for December and get going from start the right way. The best tip I can give you about improvising right now is to learn Arpeggios and to solo using Chord tones. So if chord progression is I VI II V in key of C (C Amin Dmin G) then you should solo using only notes that belong to these chords (C = CEG, A min = ACE, D min = DFA and G = GBD). That will improve your ear training and set strong foundation for what will follow further. Hope that tip helps, I recommend also my soloing with arpeggios lesson that was actually a collaboration solo. You can find it HERE. |
