Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi playaxeman ! cool.gif

This is a great lesson to do and I think you did it well smile.gif People probably know what I'm always going to say by now... vibrato, vibrato blah blah tongue.gif It's true though.. vibrato really can define the performance. I would be tempted to devote some of your practice time to experimenting with different vibrato approaches in orer to give you a bigger arsenal of expression. Your timing was good, your phrasing sounded accurate.. your vibrato just seems a little rushed and on some notes it can even sound a bit sharp (possible because your pushing the string up as you do your vibrato). So to recap, my advice is just to try some different approaches to give you a broader pallete. smile.gif

Oh, I just noticed there's no poll... I can't vote ! sad.gif

First of all, I thank you for being a follower of my lessons biggrin.gif . This was my first lesson I did for GMC, is special to me wink.gif . You did a good job but there are tools on which we must work: The sound and vibrato. Not exactly my lesson, but that's not important. The important thing is to make a neat, quality work. The work is generally good, has managed to touch the lesson and get close to it. I recommend you work in the search of sounds, adjust the intensity of vibrato and pay attention to when trying to copy a melody or a solo. God job!

Add a poll if you would like it to count toward your scoreboard, thanks.
