How to add My practise agenda to the Practice Agendas forum????

actualy i'm was try something but i'm not sure how move my agenda to the basic agenda forum???? 1 more thing the stuff what i'm write down i'm see on my profile on right monitor corner hope thats right blink.gif unsure.gif rolleyes.gif
