So, I've been having some problems with my left arm and the left part of my back for the last 3 months. It's sometimes been better and sometimes been worse, but it's always come back, and now I'm really tired of it.
It started with some pain in my back, and a soda like feeling in my arm, so I rested from the guitar for 2 weeks (this was back in december) and it got better. Then very soon after I started playing again, it got worse, so I barely played guitar for that month, and I went to see a physiotherapist, who said it was because of me having a weak back, and a slanting spine that made my shoulder blade kind of block some nerves, and that I could play guitar as much as I wanted, I just needed to get some muscles in my back.
Time goes, and the back et a bit better (or at least not any worse), but I start to feel more in the arm and in the left hand. After going to a naprapatition (if that even is a word, for you swedish people: naprapat) it got a bit better, at some points I didn't feel any pain.
The problem is, now, my back is a lot better (but still not perfect) but I get that soda like (I'm sorry that I can't describe it better) feeling and I feel I have a llot less power in my hand and and around my wrist, so I'm wondering if it's still the same problem as it was ebfore and if anyone has any tips at all, I would be extremely grateful. I know this isn't the best place to ask, but I still know that some of you has been through injuries, and any help I can get would be great. (And I just called the physiotherapist again, so I'm hoping for some help from there aswell.)
Anyways, if you feel you've got anything that could help, I'd be extremely grateful to hear that.
