Newbie Cubase Question

So I got two seperate parts, and I want the second part to start immidiatly after the first, however, because the first part ends slightly after the beat, and it would only let me move the second part by beats(I hope I make sense here) I can't do it, so how do I do make the second part start immidiatly after the first? Choose "Events" from the combobox and all events will snap to eachother. ("J" is the default shorcut for snap, and also you can change the snap values in the combobox by hovering a cursos over a combo and rolling your mousewhell.
