Hi greg!
This is a very common question, and it would be best to taylor a lesson plan to suit where your at with your playing. Are you totally new to guitar? or do you have basic skills such as alternate picking at all? There is no set plan because Kris belives its best to make your own practice sessions that suit you ! This may seem a little daungting but it really is the way to go!!! Check out my reply to Jammer here :- https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...?showtopic=8045 I would recommened choose one or two lessons that suit where your at, and work through them untill you feel your at a good level !! I hope this helps you out. Matt -------------------- mysql> SELECT * FROM master_name WHERE ((firstname = 'Paul') AND (lastname = 'Gilbert'));

The one thing I would add/change in a small way to the routine above is warm up time. I think you should spend 10 minutes at the start just warming up, doing stretching exercise etc. By doing so you will be much less likely to strain the tendons and muscles in your hand.
