Ok here it goes.... i just found out

to jam with two electric guitars(not bass it would blow your amp) , on your single-input amp,
you have to purchase a guitar input splitter 6.5mm which allows two guitar connections to the amp
however, the settings on the amp would affect both guitars and you can't choose specific settings for each guitar

another easier method is to use the CD/MP3 input jack on your amp and plug it to your guitar. This will give you a clean tone no matter what settings you use on the amp. You may have to purchase a cable for that purpose if you don't already have one. They are available at your guitar store.

Have fun!

Hey, I've done this plenty of times! It's pretty fun, but sometimes the splitter for direct input into the amp (not the CD input jack) makes one guitar weaker/stronger than the other.

It's great fun for when someone doesn't have an amp!

...you will have taken your very first steps towards Johnson land...

Guitars: Epiphone Les Paul Standard (Modified), Yamaha Pacifica (Black; modified with different humbuckers and a few other things)

Equipment: Vox DA5 Digital Amp (It's a little weak, but fun nonetheless), Line 6 Pod X3 Live

Wishlist: An Ibanez RG Model, and a yummy Pavel and Andrew Cockburn JEM.. Mmmm. I'd also love a Marshall Stack. That'd be awesome. :D
