I will do a full review of bands I saw when I get chance but the ones that kicked arse were Destruction Helloween Iced Earth Dimmu Borgir Soilwork Kataklysm Swallow The Sun Grand Magus Evil Scarecrow Praying Mantis Napalm Death TYR Primal Fear But the two bands that blew me away and will always stick with me are Overkill who totally took me back 20 years with their blistering set. I was headbanging the whole way through and going crazy but my favourite band of the 3 days was AT THE GATES \m/ Last ever UK tour And boy did they deliver. Material off every album and everybody went mental. The first song of the encore was Blinded By Fear one of my all time fav metal songs and it was insane. Crazy pits and they had so much energy. The front guy is quite scary lol. He looks about 7 foot tall Definitely in my top 10 bands of the festival. I know their songs really well and while I'd admit they weren't astounding live it was good to hear them playing the songs live. I enjoyed their set a fair bit.
