Interests
Music, sports, partying. Traveling and knowing different cultures.
I like rock from A to Z, ballads to metal, in different languages...
I really appreciate musical ideas, but also love inspiring lyrics. This makes my favorites bands to be Engenheiros do Hawaii and Legião Urbana. In my humble view, they have lyrics unparalleled by any other bands I know.
A few other bands I like a lot: Guns n Roses, Led Zeppelin, U2, Bon Jovi, Metallica, Pearl Jam, Red Hot , Dire Straits, Evanescence. Nirvana, Barão Vermelho, Capital Inicial, ... Well the list goes forever and hopefully will grow every day... =D

Yup! World cup is starting again! biggrin.gif

What are your guesses? I think we will finally see the final Brazil x Argentina.

Since I was a child the world cup song for me is "Pra Frente Brasil", which means "Let's go forward, Brasil"
Here is Angra version with a nice guitar style of course cool.gif

I just want something I can use live like this:
I play a chord sequence, and then I start the loop, solo over it and stop the loop.
One example would be "Wish you were here" intro cool.gif . I play first time recording the loop, then I make the intro solo over the looped and then I resume playing a different chord sequence (remove the loop)...

But all options I found so far are quite expensive dry.gif , with lots of gigabits of memory and tracks... I don't really want that advanced features . Just do some soloing without having to get a second guitarist (I am mostly playing guitar and voice for the time being)

Hi,

I think MTP is the greatest addition to GMC.
However, I am very used to check new topics in the forum by using the "View new posts" button.
Now, when using that half the topics are MTP threads. Of course this show the great activity and improvement but I am not particularly interested in following them , except for my own.
Overall, the downside is that I am using the forum less and less, because I hardly find the topics which I think is worth reading since the "view new posts" is "polluted" with MTP threads.

So I'd suggest we could have an option to filter out the MTP threads from other users.

Cheers,
Gus

In special, I cannot reply on my own MTP thread tongue.gif ,

nor download the backing track for my next assignment from there.

Hey. Just wanted to say: As long as you subscribe again with the same e-mail and password you had, your bookmarks won't be gone ;)
Wanted to say it in the thread you asked in, but it's been locked ;)
