Youtube shredder RICK GRAHAM is a killer player to be sure. As a bonus, a bit back he acquired a hyper rare mij ibby RG560 that was only sold at guitar center for a short time in the 90s. Reverse headstock, maple fretboard, original wizard neck. It's the only one I've seen in this condition (e.g. not in parts or rusted out or snapped neck).

Evidently he's been getting thronged with questions about the guitar so he devoted a QA about it on facebook. I'd love to have one of these. Anyone seen one in the wild? here he is ripping smile.gif

The other guitarist in the band I was in through the 90's had/still has one. Only ever sat on the side of the stage for a spare. His favoured guitar at that time was a Les Paul whilst mine was either my G&L or a bit later my Deans when I got my endorsement.
As far as I know, it's still in it's case in our Lock-up full of magical old gear!!!

The endorsement is ancient history now, it was about 25 years ago!!! laugh.gif laugh.gif
Over here they were just known as the Dean Z, over there I think they were the Dean Autograph. Superstrat types but with Dayglo paint finishes and chrome scratchplates!!
These are the only pics I could find online of a Black one and a White one. They also came in Red, Blue, Dayglo Orange, Dayglo Pink and Dayglo Lime/Yellow. mine all had Kahler Trems fitted. I'll try to find a pic or two and scan them in.

I dig Dean guitars smile.gif Especially vintage ones. I find Dean Z guitars now and then on the racks and still like em smile.gif THe Dean Z over here is a small explorer shape that got renewed by dave mustain and is one of his signature guitars now.

That's right, I'd forgotten about the 'Z' and the 'Baby Z' that would be why these were tagged the 'Autograph' over there!
I thought Daves current Sig Model is a V?
The Bret Michaels Sig is an Explorer, I know this as I almost bought on just before Christmas!! smile.gif smile.gif

This was my #1 Dean, this one was called 'Gadget'. Some of the others were finished by an Artist friend of mine who air-brushed 3 with Thundercats designs, a couple with more Inspector Gadget and one with an amazing Mumm-ra paint-job!!! You don't really get how vividly pink it was from these pics. I should have some more somewhere!!
