Hello friends at GMC
I am following few lessons "In the style of...." (I like this style of lessons).
Now I would like to focus on Theory Themed lessons as well. I see there're so many of them, can someone suggest me where to start for both Rhythm and Lead?
Thanks in advance
Carmine
It's great you also want to focus on theory. It would be much easier to find you some good lessons if you explained what you already know, and perhaps if there is anything specific you want to work on
I would recommend that you first go through Andrew's First Steps series in case you missed something important when you were starting (in terms of theory).
1. http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/lessonseries/First-Steps/
Then I would recommend working on intervals :
2. http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/lessonseries/Intervals/
And then you should work on chords and arpeggios :
3. http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/chords-workshop-level-1-chord-basics/
4. http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guitar/triad-arpeggios-lesson/
After you finish those lessons maybe try to find more advanced ones for the same topics. Then you can move on to scales.
Hope this helps,
Bogdan
Thanks Bogdan
it is what I was looking for.

Nice recommendation Bogdan!
If you want to study theory, there is some general order of things you can start out. This is not something that is a strict rule, so feel free to modify it:
1. pentatonic scale CAGED system
2. diatonic scale CAGED and 3nps system
3. chords
4. arpeggios
I have workshop lessons in all of these areas, be sure to check them out. I give you first lesson out of each series, but you can check out the rest under the lessons (related lessons)

3. http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/chords-workshop-level-1-chord-basics/

Let me know if you need anything else, will be glad to help
