We will be playing Rock you like a huricane by The Scorpions with my band and I have signed up for the first solo.. I can roughly play it whole, except that finishing lick.. what I found in GP was IMO unplayable

I edited it a bit so it feels more natural for playing (just downscale run...)

I advise you to look up some videos in youtube like I did, I don't see extended fingering, I used my pinky to do the streches but maybe the GP just got it down wrong...Consider that option.

Maybe this will help smile.gif

What do you mean by extended fingering? large stretches? Those are not the problem with whats written in GPtab. The problem are those two times repeated notes, which my hands disobey to play:D Thats why I edited it, because it feels unnatural to me and dont see a reason why to play it:D

EDIT: Yesssss! My hands and brain were right:D It was nonsense after all:) My edited version of that piece was right:) Thanks Rated:)

Yes, I agree:D It was just a typo:) Minor 6th would be strange in purely pentatonic solo:D Well.. its midnight here, so here is my excuse:P

No problem jakub, also doing two notes picked isn't that akwards, my favourite guitarrist does it alot in solos actually, it's natural to not do that when you're starting, but in this case, I was also feeling it was dumb. maybe the GP (I didn't download it btw) was like that because, remember it's midi and people are trying to write to sound exactly like the music itself.
