It's not much about 16th,32th or tempo.
Depends a lot of notes choice or lick. Some "slower" lick might be harder than "faster'.

The calculations are correct IMO, but I would call it notes per minute to avoid confusion ...

Well I one finger type at about 30 words per hour - is that any good? In my defense they're long words, 2-3 syllables at least
 .
