Looking For A Good Book

As the book I have only has 3 scale boxes for each scale listed. Anyone know of a book that has all 7 boxes or even 5 ? I know Andrew had mentioned guitar grimoire in a few posts but I have never seen the book so I don't know anything about it. Any suggestions would be great. Guitar Grimoire - there, i said it again Actually there are several Guitar Grimoires, the one you need would be "scales & modes" - but, he doesn't give you boxes as such for each scale, instead he shows you every note on the neck that fits, and 3 note per string scales. A DC127, Koa body and neck , abalone inlays , best feature is the tung oil finish it just looks delicious . I tried to take a few good pics of it but the lighting in here is terrible .
