Nice work! The only one I think would be a bit off would be C MM for Am7b5. that's a choice for sure, but probably not a first choice scale in that situation. Sometimes it can work well, MM over m7b5, but it does have a major 3rd from the tonic key in that mode, so B in the key of C MM where the tonic chord is Gm7, so it can cause clashes sometimes. Just something to consider, good choice, but maybe a 2nd choice scale over that chord, that's all.
