laugh.gif I don't know, I havn't decided on her age yet, wherther she's 22 or 12. She looks like in her twenties but to have to listen to that. But I'm guessing you as a normal guy see your chance to trick a model into loving you. And I thought you were the kind who was up for a challange, maybe it is after all since she may be shallow too and not fall for a plain guitar student wink.gif

Oh god she makes me sick.... I wonder if she can even point to America on the map..

Posted by: Ryan Aug 28 2007, 07:10 AM

My IQ went down by like 6 points, and im now REALLY confused!!

Posted by: rokchik Aug 28 2007, 07:13 AM

I am so embarrassed for my gender right now!

That was just.....well I don't know what that was. Someone should hook her on phonics or something. I mean it was a big pangent, and on TV, so pressure was high but really, When you get that far you should at least be able to put a cohesive sentence together.

Posted by: Hemlok Aug 28 2007, 07:17 AM

hehehe! lol that was terrible, I don't like her voice either what an annoying voice to have to listen to in the morning.

Posted by: Wallimann Aug 28 2007, 07:32 AM

Hahaha!
Amazing what pressure can do. LOL!

I don't get that cerebral about it. I suspect that over the years, with all these cats, and the dog, I have grown to consider their view on such matters as the sensible one. In other words, they know what looks good to them, get whatever they can, don't take it personal when they don't get what they want, go to sleep, and don't give a crap, wake up, do it again the next day.

edit: I will give an example. Examples are good. I let the cats out some, but not all the time. But if they want to go out, they will go for the door when I open it. They may make it out, or not, but they give it their best shot. They don't take if personal that I did not let them through the door. And next chance they get, no matter if I yell at them or not, they will go for it. If they fail, they just figure, "didn't make it", and do something else, or maybe go to sleep, or pester me to scratch them, maybe go eat some chow, whatever suits their fancy at the moment. They don't take it as a personal thing that they failed to get out the door, it just did not work out this time, maybe next time it will.

Over here we actually have this wonderful invention called the cat door which lets cats come and go as the please tongue.gif

Back to the subject (kind of) my old man just told me about this guy round the road from us who was running a P lab (p = pure meth) and for some reason decided to call up the police to tell them that his neighbour had been killed. He then called back just after to tell the police that they should come pick him up because he was the one who killed his neighbour..... Funny thing is his neighbour wasnt even bloody dead!

I don't disagree. All my cats go out every day, some for maybe an hour, some longer. They don't need to be out all the time, and it is a danger for them to be out all the time. But I do feel that they need to go out some to stay sane. I am good to my cats.

I guess they just do things abit differently in Kansas tongue.gif

Well mostly in the US, they have laws that pets cannot roam. I live in a college town, and it is pretty live and let live. Many students, they don't care. However if I lived in a city, I would never get away with this, I would have animal control giving me a hard time.

However I know cats (have had 5 of them for 9 years, and 3 for less time). They are very happy if they get to go out some. They need to spray around the neighborhood, check things out. But they are happy with an hour or two, that is all they need to be sane and happy.

There are also dangers, probably more crazies in the US than NZ. Well I am sure of that. Also, up to recently there was the danger of someone stealing you pet and selling it for medical lab experimentation. Recently the humane society lobbied to get a law passed that requires all labs to obtain such animals though registered channels, eliminating that danger. But there are dangers out there, cars for one thing, and an hour or two a day is enough, balancing risk and the needs of the pet.

wow really I never knew.... thats pretty extreme really. Over here we have no such restrictions.... things are obviously different for dogs but they are a whole different story anyway. Never ever heard of peoples pets being stolen for stuff like that either. Deffinitly a lot less people too lol we have like 4 million compared to for example californias 33 million.

New Zealand has long had a rep for being a very nice place to live, I have heard that for many years.

My town, Lawrence, is great, college town of about 100,000, really cordial, very polite, and easy going. I never lock my door at night, kind of place where on the street, people let you go first rather than rushing to get in front of you. You just don't drive after midnight, the students are not all very safe drivers. I would not be worried about anyone here, but we have two cities 30 miles away, I would worry about people coming in from there. There are always some low lifes in the cities, even in the best cities. I had never heard of it happening, except read about it, and as my pets are my children, of course it was a concern. But now there is a federal law protecting them. The humane society does good work. My congressman is always very strong on these issues, I really like him.

Ah sounds very much like my town actually we have about the same population and we are a university city... only real thing to worry about is walking through the scarfie areas on drinking nights but still I have never been beaten up going through there and neither has anyone I know so its allright.

not long ago I moved to a really small town (1 supermarket, 2 pubs and no bank) for about a year and I would have to say that it was pretty ultimate there.. you get people you dont even know giving you a wave and after awhile I recognised just about everyone in both of the pubs lol
