Mate this was shot using the following gear: Elinchrom lights (350 and 600 wats) Canon 7D Body Canon 18-135 Lens I will also write down the settings for the next video that I will shoot, but I don't think that it will help out that much as the conditions are different from one place to the other. Other videos I've shot so far were with a 50mm wide aperature lens. I was running into depth of field focus issues. In low light, I had set the F stop to 1.4 and then whenever I moved even a little bit, I would go out of focus. So part of the video would be crisp and when I started moving around, blurry. Screw it to 2.5 or even 2.8 ! Set ISO to higher exposure, 400/600/800 (don't go over) .
